WIPVaC-APEX partnered Global Women Development Promoters (GLOWDEP), an NGO with a focus on Girl Child Education and Women Empowerment to celebrate the 2018 International Day of the Girl Child on 11th October, 2018.
The day also coincided with the International Day of the Rural Woman hence the Association took the opportunity to launch the Adidome District chapter of the Association.
The event took place on Thursday, 11th October, 2018 at the Mafi Anfoe EP Church. It was graced by officials from the Central Tongu District Assembly, Ghana Education Service (GES), Ministry of Agriculture among others.
